That summer Sarah spent in Denver wasn’t a complete waste. She got to usability test the Aspen-Snowmass Web site’s lift ticket purchase process. Working with SpireMedia in Denver, we brought a representative group of participants across genders, age ranges, and technical abilities into their in-house testing lab. The only thing our participants had in common: they liked to shred it in the snow. We provided the recruitment questionnaire, test script, facilitation services, and a complete report that included a features comparison to peer resorts.

No, there were no free lift tickets handed out at the end. Yes, we were a little bummed about that.
