Year Up SharePoint Portal

Approximately 18 months ago, this local not-for-profit launched their staff intranet portal (designed by Black Pepper and developed by Pod Consulting). After receiving feedback from the higher-ups that the people were dissatisfied with the site and it was getting messy, we reengaged with Year Up last spring to get to the bottom of this. It turns out, staff were using the site; it was growing organically, and end users were demanding bigger and better features. We declared (partial) success and are continuing to consult with Year Up on good content governance and designing a steady stream of improvements and enhancements to help this organization grow across the country and enable talented urban youths to reach their potential.
