Despite our lower than usual revenues due to Sarah’s maternity leave, the Black Pepper team is making bigger than usual charitable contributions this year. We’ve continued our support for KEXP and the Sierra Club and added support to NuDay Syria, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and the Union of Concerned Scientists. Because we believe that music and art heals. We believe that all women should have equal and easy access to the healthcare they need. We believe it’s our duty to protect the environment. We believe climate change is real, and we want our children to know the difference between fact and opinion. And we want children as far away as Syria to have a healthy, sustainable future.
