Just in time for the pandemic, Partners Online Second Opinion service went live earlier this year with a new and improved look and flow. The site allows patients access to the world’s best medical care from the comfort of their living rooms. All that’s needed is a computer, tablet, or phone and internet access to reach top specialists from Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital including the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Black Pepper was proud to be the user experience design team spearheading the redesign of this 20-year old app. We hope we’ve made patients’ lives just a little easier as they navigate the process of signing up for and receiving their second opinion.
